These terms govern use of the public website and demo booking experience at vaowmobility.com. Separate commercial agreements apply to paid VAOW Platform subscriptions and implementations.

2. Website content
Product descriptions, pricing examples, feature lists and visuals on this website are informational. They do not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in a written commercial proposal or contract. We may update content, plans and availability at any time.
3. Demo bookings
- Demo slots are subject to availability and confirmation by VAOW.
- You agree to provide accurate contact details for scheduling.
- VAOW may reschedule or cancel a demo for operational reasons and will notify you when possible.
- A demo does not create an obligation to purchase VAOW Platform.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or booking system, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive scale, or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
5. Intellectual property
VAOW branding, software concepts, website design, text and media are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer or reuse them beyond ordinary browsing and legitimate business evaluation without prior written consent.
6. Third-party links
External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by German law, VAOW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
8. Platform contracts
Paid use of VAOW Platform (software access, onboarding, integrations, SLAs) is governed by a separate master agreement, order form and/or statement of work. Website pricing is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Flensburg where legally permitted.
